Unlike apas regulars, they do not realize (yet) that all of this is the work of one extremely sick individual. That individual is Frog-Admin. The reason his abuse is so hard to stop is that he is a part of the remailer network itself. His purpose should be obvious by now. It is to discredit the remailer network and get it blocked in archives and on news servers, so that it is useless. It doesn't matter why he does this, whether he's a diseased madman or a paid agent of the NSA or Scientology. What matters is that he has to be stopped. Today, he has finally crossed the line. Look at any post from the Frog criminal today. You will see this: X-Remailer-Contact: http://80.65.224.85/ ,, The Frog criminal is spamming and flooding an American educational institution. Why? Because someone at that educational institution dared to complain about Frog's constant spamming and flooding, and the abuse he unleashes on the net. Not satisfied with being constantly kicked off ISPs himself, he has to trash the reputation of remailers worldwide by flooding people who complain about the floods he allows to go through his remailer constantly. Then he creates a censored news server where you can go to be "protected" from the posts detailing his own criminal behavior, and "shielded" from the floods he spews onto the newsgroup himself. If this wasn't bad enough, he spends 24 hours a day 7 days a week posting disgusting attacks on responsible remops and privacy advocates, often flooding the group with hundreds of duplicates of his psychotic rants against decent people. This mental cripple needs to be de-peered from the remailer network or he'll take it down with him. Everyone should mark * frog and frog * as broken chains and throw away his keys. Remove his stats urls. Don't use his remailer. Before today, this monstrously insane individual had the sense not to commit his floods and abuse from machines directly under his control. Today, though, his psychosis has finally burst out into the light of day and run rampant. If he does this from his own remailer, what floods does he unleash from other people's remailers? I would say simply all of them, the anti-Boschloo floods, the pro-Boschloo floods, the anti-QS floods, the anti-Palfrader floods, the anti-JBN floods, the Flush floods. Having opened my news reader and seen 8 (could have been 10) of MIN's posts to sci.astro in the last few hours, I forwarded each post to the email addresses I could find associated with or near the remailer through which they were entering usenet. 8 or 10 emails - one for each abusive post. It is possible that more than one of those email addresses are forwarded to frog - so he may have gotten more than one copy - two or three max - but 10M, no way. For my trouble, I got over 6500 emails over 6 hours from frog courtesy of nearly every remailer on the planet. frog announced his attack, via pgp signed message from his alias.net address. I really don't care what happens out there in rmailer land - except you guys have to realize that despite whatever noble goals you may have (and maybe even accomplishing) the ONLY way the majority of the world knows you exist is the constant stream of nasty, abusive crap being flooded into non-remailer related newsgroups via your machines. -- Real Working Engineer
