The highest crime I could imagine would be to pose as a remailer
and use it as an injection point to flood the network.
That would deserve to put it on everyone's input block

Under that comes voluntarily destruction of mail, like blocking a remailer.
But a blocking sentence would be as bad to the network as the crime.

Under that would come privacy-related offenses
Being owned by NSA..........running an insecure OS
But a blocking sentence would be worse to the network than the crime.

destination blocking (mail deletion)

private disapproving (NO mail deletion)
