Have you read the recent article in here regarding partition attacks?
Well because Frog is currently blacklisted by about half of the
other Remailers, anyone posting through it is much more vulnerable to
traffic analysis.  For example, if a posting exits from Frog, then
you know immediately that the previous link in the chain wasn't one
of a large number of Remailers.

The situation is far worse for a Nym, as the Reply-Block would
originate from Frog and the next hop excludes about half of the
Remailers.  Type-I is so fundamenatally broken that it's weak enough
without the added danger of using a seriously partitioned Nym Server.
