Well because Frog is currently blacklisted by about half of the other Remailers, anyone posting through it is much more vulnerable to traffic analysis. For example, if a posting exits from Frog, then you know immediately that the previous link in the chain wasn't one of a large number of Remailers. The situation is far worse for a Nym, as the Reply-Block would originate from Frog and the next hop excludes about half of the Remailers. Type-I is so fundamenatally broken that it's weak enough without the added danger of using a seriously partitioned Nym Server.
