Sassaman's simple remailer policy for randseed.
Compare this with the tirades of Frog regarding
being a remop. It is clear that Frog is on a
power trip, and remop ethics matter little to him.

For the record, randseed does no content filtering, and has a simple
blocking policy. If an individual address is in the dest.blk, mail to it
will be discarded. Certain newsgroups that have suffered high amounts of
abuse are temporarily blocked (and this information is publicly viewable
in the remailer-conf response: if you need to post to one of the few
newsgroups randseed blocks, use a different remailer.)

Randseed also only allows cross-posting to 2 newsgroups. If you have a
legitimate reason for posting the same message to three or more
newsgroups, send multiple messages or use a different remailer.

Aside from the above abuse policy, randseed blocks nothing. So, if you're
seeing any mail loss from randseed that isn't a result of the above,
please report it to me so that I can investigate the cause.
