Anyone who has followed the eelbash saga and thought it was over when the
eelbash-admin back peddled needs to dig this post up. The PGP signature
checks good, so either he signed it and means what he says, or his box and
secret key are owned.

Assuming for the moment that the box and key aren't owned and the post does
in fact represent the eelbash-admin's true feelings about what he may wind
up doing in the future regarding monitoring, censoring content, and
publicly outing (ab)users' identities, then I believe there can only be one
possible reaction by the rest of the remop community.

Even though I am not a remop myself, if i was, my choice would be crystal
clear without even the slightest hesitation:

A complete and total shun on the eelbash remailer by the legitimate
remailer operating community, with full source and destination address
blocking, and warnings of MON on stats pages.

Sure, eelbash can run his remailer any way he wants to. And anyone who
wishes to use it may chose to do so, whether they are smart enough to know
what they are getting into or not, or even if they know their mail may be
read and don't care.

But what the eelbash-admin suggests he may do in the future runs against
everything that privacy and anonymity are, and he should get no support
from, or be connected to, those who run legitimate remailer services.
