The Bable Fish translation was really poor on
this one. But it does seem obvious from what is
translated that Frog is discussing homophobia,
claiming that homophobia is really denial in men
that they really are homosexual themselves.

That's the standard line of homosexauls. It's
supposed to shame detractors into silence.

Notice where he speaks about men in bathing suits.
I imagine he is speaking about men's repressed
homosexuality making them uncomfortable during
such times. 

At any rate, this lends more evidence to the 
fact that Frog is a homo.

Si le vocabulaire a conotation homophobe renvoie a une peur de sa propre
homosexualite, il est "previsible" que ce type de langage se retrouve
davantage dans des zones "a risque" (avec une intimite superieure a la
normale)

La probabilite de contacts cutanes (et de promiscuite/excitation sexuelle)
est quand meme superieure en maillot de bain qu'en parapente/alpinisme/ski.
Idem pour les fortes concentrations masculines (armee, sports d'equipe avec
douche...)

Ceci dit, tu aurais tort de te formaliser.
Une blague sur les arabes en amene une autre sur les femmes, les belges, les
pedes, les ecossais, les juifs...
